Tuition Rates

When is tuition due?

*Payments are due the first lesson of each month. We will gladly accept cash, checks, money orders or credit/debit cards as a form of payment.

*Please turn cash payments into the office to get a receipt of payment for your records.

*Payments made with check or money orders can be mailed to the studio or placed in the Payment Box in the lobby.

*If you would like to use your credit/debit card as a form of payment a 6% processing fee will be added to the charge.

*If your check is returned a $25.00 NSF fee will be added to your account at that time.

*A $25.00 Late Fee will be added to your account if your payment is not received by the 15th of each month.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept personal/business checks, money orders and cash. A credit/debit card is required on your account when you register. You may pay by cash or check in person or online with your credit card through your account. De Frances WILL NOT automatically charge your card online. YOU are responsible for your payments by the 1st lesson of each month. All credit/debit cards will be charged a 6% processing fee. Should your check or credit/debit card be declined, you will be charged a $25 NSF Fee and after the 15th, a $25 Late Fee.

I only want to pay cash, what do I do?

Cash or check is accepted the first lesson of each month.  A late fee of $25 will be applied to your account after the 15th of each month.  A NSF fee of $25 will be charged to all returned checks.

Do I receive a discount for paying a year’s tuition?

OF COURSE! We welcome full payment for the year by August 15th and find it is the least stressful way to go. You will receive a 5% discount. Please see the "Yearly Tuition Rates" table. Remember costume and recital fees are a separate fee.

Do I receive a discount for more than one child?

ABSOLUTELY! We welcome the whole family! Please ask at registration for further information.

How do I pay for costume fees?

Costume fees will be paid with the same payment form as decided at registration. Costume fees are due October 1st. Costumes will not be ordered without payment received. 

How do I get tickets to the recital?

The Recital Fee includes approximately 5 tickets per family on the floor level, 1 program book, 1 recital t-shirt, 1 trophy and a digital copy of the recital. The Recital Fee is due by January 15th. We are happy to provide extra tickets for a small fee.

How do I withdraw a student?

We hope that you have given us the chance to trouble shoot whatever challenge you may have. This is a last resort. If a student wishes to withdraw, written notice must be sent in advance to the office. Students are responsible for yearly tuition and will be billed until written notice is received & confirmed by the office. No refunds are granted for classes not attended, or for the month during which a student withdraws.  Make-up classes are available.

Per Family - $200
Extra Sibling - $50

*Recital Fees include approximately 5 tickets Per Family, 1 Program, 1 T-Shirt, 1 Trophy and a Digital Copy of the Recital. 

*Extra Sibling covers the cost of another T-Shirt and Trophy
