Recitals are optional. They are held at the Downtown River Center Performing Arts building. Our recitals are a culmination of the
school year. They are a fun-filled opportunity to give the students actual stage experience, and displaying for the family and
friends the progress they’ve made through the year. We take great pride in putting on 3 quality shows that we can all be proud
of. { your child will participate in only one of these shows unless told otherwise by the directors} * Please refer toImportant Dates so you can mark your calendar now! Dress Rehearsal is mandatory. * Please refer
to Important Dates so you can mark your calendar now! Costumes are ordered in November and fees cannot
be refunded. They are handed out in the spring during Parent Visitation week during your class time. We measure
your child in October. We add 2 inches all around for growing room. We then fit your child’s measurements into the
company’s size chart. Costumes are not made specifically for your child! If you feel like 2 inches will not be enough
growing room, you need to let your teacher know. You are responsible for any alterations. Recital Fees must be paid by April 15. Recital Fees include 5 or 6 reserved tickets and 1 program per family. There is no fee for extra
balcony ticket’s, however, you must fill out a form given out at the spring Parent Visitation to order the amount you want. Ticket Packets All accounts must be paid in full to receive your Ticket Packet. Only cash will be accepted after May 1st. You will draw
for your reserved seats on the floor 2 weeks before the recital and receive your ticket packet at the same time. {If you need handicap
seats, you must sign a form given to you at the spring Parent Visitation} The packet will include everything you will need to know
concerning the rehearsal and recital. It will contain: *A *1 Program Ticket – You will receive 1 program ticket to exchange for a complimentary program
the day of the recital in the lobby of the *Extra Tickets – Included in your packet will be any extra balcony
tickets that you have ordered by filling out a form given to you at the spring Parent Visitation. *Letters – These letters will tell
you what dressing room your child will change in, a map of the backstage area, what to pack and what time to be at dress rehearsal
and the recital. Trophies will be given out at the last class. If you would like to purchase a trophy
for your child, a form will be given to you during the spring Parent Visitation. Program pictures are
optional. However, if you choose to put your child’s picture in the annual recital program, you must pay for that picture. We take pictures on 2 separate weekends in the spring by appointments through our own photography business, Chi Foto. You choose
the picture or pictures that you would like to be in the program. You are not obligated to purchase any packages and there is
no sitting fee. *There are no “make-up” picture dates if you miss your appointment. Recital T- Shirts are great souvenirs for our annual recitals. A form will be given out during the spring Parent Visitation. These T-Shirts
are optioinal. Recital Videos or DVD’s are lifetime souvenirs for our annual recitals. Forms will be available
